— Paste the Wording That Confuses You

When to use it

Sometimes it is not the whole document but a single paragraph that bothers you — the part with words like “acceleration of the loan”, “revolving credit” or “exemption period”.

Use Direct Input when:

• You do not understand a notice you received by text message or email
• You want to check just one or two paragraphs of a contract
• You have no file and can only copy text from the screen
• You wrote down what an agent explained and want to check it again

ConvoFin is a tool that reads documents with you. It does not judge which choice is better for you.

How to use it

1. Paste the text — Paste the sentences you want to check into the input box. You can enter up to 50,000 characters at a time, and the character count is shown below the box.
2. Try an example first — If you do not have a document, choose one from 📚 Example Docs on the left. Eight examples are ready: 💰 Loan rate change clause, 💳 Card revolving payment, 🛡️ Insurance exemption clause, 🔐 Third-party data sharing, ⚠️ Debt acceleration & overdue, ✂️ Early termination penalty, 🔄 Auto-renewal clause and 🌏 Foreign transaction fees. Tap one to fill the input box.
3. Choose how it is explained — In Settings at the top right, choose a user mode: Basic Mode, Senior Mode, Youth Mode, Foreigner Mode, SMB Mode or Accessibility Mode, then press OK.
4. Run the analysis — Press Analyze. To start over, press Clear.
5. Listen to it — In Read Aloud, choose Medium, Slow or Fast and press ▶ Play to hear the results. Press ■ Stop to stop.

What you will see

• Overview — A short collection of points worth checking in the text you pasted.
• AI Explanation — The important parts of the text explained as an easy story.
• Plain Terms — Key financial terms rephrased in everyday language. You can also drag over an unfamiliar word in the text to look up just that word.
• Notes — Write down what you checked or questions to ask an advice service.

The results also include example questions to ask during a consultation. In the 💬 AI Chat Assistant at the bottom you can continue with questions such as What's the riskiest part of this document?, What happens if I cancel? and What conditions must I check?.

Use 🔗 Share to create a link and view the results with family, or keep them in 🗂️ Records. When you run an analysis, the input is saved automatically in 🕘 Recent Inputs so you can load it again; clear it with 🗑️ Clear history.

AI explanations can contain errors or omissions. For important contracts, check them together with the original and ask the financial company or an advice service again.

How personal data is handled

• The text you enter is kept as the original, and a personal-data-processed version for analysis and search is managed separately.
• An analysis result cache is kept for up to 7 days so results load quickly next time; it is managed separately from the stored original. Request logs do not contain document content.
• Recent Inputs is a convenience feature stored in your browser. If you used a shared computer, clear it with 🗑️ Clear history.
• Before pasting, you must delete personal information such as resident registration numbers, account numbers, card numbers and phone numbers yourself, and check what you are sending.

Frequently asked questions

Q. My text is over 50,000 characters.

A. Split it into parts of 50,000 characters or less, starting with the paragraph you most want to check. For PDF documents, PDF Analysis is more accurate.

Q. What about text on a screen that cannot be copied?

A. Capture the screen and upload it to Image Analysis, or share your screen and read it with Screen Scan.

Q. What is different about Senior Mode?

A. It explains the same content with simpler words and shorter sentences. You can change it any time in Settings, so try a few and pick the one that suits you.

Q. Read Aloud makes no sound.

A. First check your device volume and whether the browser is muted. Some browsers limit speech features, so try another browser.

Q. Does it tell me which choice is better?

A. No. ConvoFin is an assistant that puts documents into plain language; it does not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions to sign up, cancel or invest are your own judgment and responsibility.
